Finally we can tell you all about special meals with beans

The most favorite czech recipe with green beans:               

Green beans with cream sauce

You could taste it also in our school canteen - Yummy

You need:

400g green beans

Some salt and pepper

1 spoon of olive oil

A small onion

100g sour cream

1) Boil the beans in salt water for about a quarter of an hour, take them out and cool them down quickly.

2) Cut the onion.

3) Put the oil in the saucepan and fry the onion.Add the beans, some salt and proper.

4) Mix the cream into the beans and let it boil over.

5) Put it into the oven for a quarter of an hour.

You could eat them with boiled potatoes and some meat (smoked or pork or chicken).

Big succes - finally some blossoms and tiny bean pods :-)

We are really good gardeners

Czech students achieved to plant their own vegetable at school.
Kája is the best - he has got about 4 small string beans.
Martina and Annie also have some :-)

Our beans are growing and growing......

On 4th June we have to fix our beans - they are too tall :-)

We are little bit afraid if they aren´t too big for our pots.
